Add Team Members (Cultivate Advisors Clients) #
This guide is only for clients served through Cultivate Advisors.
If you’re not a Cultivate client, use: “Adding a Team Member (Standard PYB)”.
Before you start #
- Cultivate’s Learning Center is a separate portal from Propel Your Business (PYB). You’ll access courses via the Cultivate-branded site after clicking Learning in PYB.
- You must be the Primary Account Holder (the person who signed the Cultivate contract and receives billing emails) to invite teammates.
If you hit issues, contact [email protected].
Step 1: Sign in & set up your Learning Center account #
- In PYB, click the Learning icon in the left nav.
- You’ll be routed to the Cultivate Advisors Learning Center (separate site).
- On first visit, a popup will ask you to create an account. Complete setup.
- It will remember you unless you clear cookies.
Step 2: Open Courses #
From the Cultivate Learning Center home, click Courses.
You’ll see a green “Unlock your free accounts” button—this is where you invite team members.
Step 3: Invite team members (Primary Account Holder only) #
- Click Unlock your free accounts.
- Enter the teammate’s Name, Email, Phone, Company.
- Click Create Free Account.
The invitee receives an email to finish their account setup. They must complete that email flow before they can access courses.
Multiple owners? Only the Primary Account Holder can send the invites. If another owner needs access, the primary holder should invite them here.
What invited team members see #
- Access to the top nine core courses (e.g., through Impactful Communication).
- They do not see CEO Webinars, Toolkits, or Catapult by default.
- To share additional resources, contact your Advisor or email [email protected].
Troubleshooting #
- Can’t access Learning Center? Make sure you created your Learning Center account (separate from PYB).
- Didn’t get the invite email? Check spam, then re-send the invite.
- Not the Primary Account Holder? Ask the primary contact (contract signer/billing recipient) to send the invitations.
