You’ve reached the point in your annual planning handbook where it’s time to revisit and reflect on your long-term vision or long-term goal, and the path toward accomplishing it.
Propel Your Business can help you do this.
First, we land on the Company Goals. When we log into the software, we’re going to go to the Value tab.
If you do not see this Value tab, contact your company administrator if you believe you should have access to it. If you are the company administrator, reach out to the person who introduced you to Propel Your Business.
Clicking on the Value tab shows us the path toward our desired enterprise value and the number of years in which we chose to accomplish it.
Take some time here to reflect on this long-term goal or desired enterprise value, and the path toward which you are set to accomplish it. You may want to make changes to this now based on life events or anything else that happened in the business during the last year.
Once you’ve decided to make changes, click the three dots on the right-hand side to edit. You can change your desired value, the year, or your multiples.
If you already know your end-of-year revenue, you can also add this in now, which will recalculate the path toward your desired enterprise value.
Spend some time reflecting and thinking about what your new path toward your desired enterprise value might be.
