It’s come time in the annual planning process for our departments, teams, or individuals to enter their yearly goals.
These goals are measured on a month-over-month basis. This dashboard looks very similar to the Company Goals dashboard we’ve seen in previous videos, with one key difference: revenue and profit are not required.
For example, if I select 2026 as the year I’m planning for, I’ll notice that unlike the Company Goals dashboard—where revenue and profit are pinned—this one is blank, allowing complete flexibility.
I’m going to add the metrics that my department, team, or individual has chosen to measure monthly for the year. I’ll choose to add revenue, and then I’ll add one more metric.
I can add as many as I like now, and I can add more in the future if I choose.
I can update the plan for these goals cell by cell, or, just like with Company Goals, I can go to the three dots on the right-hand side to export or import the data.
This allows me to update the plan in another sheet and then import it back into the dashboard.
