You have now come to the place in your annual planning handbook that asks you: What year is your planned BHAG goal complete? Or, what year do you accomplish this BHAG goal?
Propel Your Business can help you identify that. First, your BHAG is your Big Hairy Audacious Goal.
When we land on our Company Goals, we’re going to go to the Value tab.
If you do not see the Value tab, contact your company administrator if you believe you should have access to this information. If you are the company administrator and you do not have access, contact the individual who helped you get started in Propel Your Business.
Coming back to the Value tab—this is where you first identified the year by which you want to accomplish your planned enterprise value.
For example, in this case, by 2032 I want to accomplish my BHAG of $40 million enterprise value in my organization.
