Using Goals and Scorecards in Meetings #
Goals and scorecards can be integrated directly into your meeting series, allowing teams to review performance and stay aligned during recurring meetings.
Where to Find Goals and Scorecards in Meetings #
- Navigate to the Meetings module
- Open a specific meeting
- In the agenda bar, select:
- Scorecards
- Activities
Scorecards in Meetings #
Viewing Scorecards #
When you click Scorecards, you will see:
- Pinned Scorecards – Scorecards attached to this meeting series
- Primary Scorecard – Often the main company or shared scorecard
- All Goals – A full list of goals available in the system
You can use filters to find specific goals or scorecards.
Pinning Scorecards to a Meeting #
You can control which scorecards appear in a meeting:
- Click the Scorecard selector/pin option
- View:
- All scorecards
- Already pinned scorecards
- Click Pin or Unpin to manage visibility
You can pin multiple scorecards to a single meeting series.
Creating Scorecards from a Meeting #
You can create a new scorecard directly within a meeting:
- Click Create Scorecard
- Set it up as needed
- Pin it to the meeting for ongoing use
Working with Goals in Meetings #
Within the meeting:
- You can add existing goals to the meeting
- You can create new goals directly
- Goals can be tied back to scorecards for tracking
This allows real-time alignment between discussion and measurable outcomes.
Activities Tab #
The Activities tab represents leading indicators tied to goals.
