Company Dashboard Overview #

The Company Dashboard provides a high-level view of your organization’s performance and company-wide goals.

Access to the Company Dashboard is controlled by user permissions. Only users who have been granted access to Company Goals can view this tab.

If you believe you should have access but do not see the Company Dashboard, please contact your Company Admin.

Company Goals Scorecard #

At the center of the Company Dashboard is the Company Goals Scorecard.

This scorecard provides visibility into the key goals and metrics that drive the organization and helps keep the team aligned around company priorities.

Users with access can quickly review progress toward company goals without navigating to other areas of the platform.

Revenue & Profit Performance #

The Company Dashboard also includes revenue and profit performance graphs.

These graphs display:

  • Planned revenue and profit targets
  • Actual revenue and profit results
  • Performance trends throughout the year
  • Variance between plan and actual performance

This gives leadership and team members visibility into how the organization is performing against its financial goals.

View Historical and Future Years #

Use the year selector in the upper-right corner of the dashboard to switch between planning years.

This allows users to:

  • Review prior-year performance
  • Monitor current-year progress
  • Compare trends over time
  • Reference future planning targets

Why the Company Dashboard Matters #

The Company Dashboard provides a centralized view of the organization’s most important performance indicators.

By combining company goals with financial performance, it helps teams:

  • Stay aligned around priorities
  • Monitor progress toward annual goals
  • Increase accountability
  • Improve visibility across the organization
  • Make more informed decisions

Think of the Company Dashboard as the organization’s performance scoreboard—bringing together the metrics and goals that matter most in one place.
