Health & Value Overview #

The Health and Value tabs provide visibility into the overall health of the business and its estimated enterprise value.

These tabs are available only to users who have been granted access by a Company Admin.

If you believe you should have access but do not see the Health and Value tabs, please contact your Company Admin.

The information displayed in these sections is typically established during onboarding and serves as the foundation for long-term business planning and value creation.


Health #

The Health tab measures the overall health of the organization using a structured assessment framework.

The Health Score helps business owners understand how the company compares against best practices and identifies areas where improvements can increase business performance and enterprise value.

These indicators help prioritize where leadership should focus time, resources, and improvement efforts.


Health Score Updates #

As improvements are made throughout the business, the Health Score can be updated to reflect progress.

The Health Score Updates section allows users to:

  • Update scores by category
  • Document improvements made in the business
  • Track progress over time
  • Review historical changes through the Change Log

Each update creates a record of the work completed and provides visibility into how organizational health is improving.

As Health Scores improve, they can positively impact the estimated enterprise value of the business.


Value #

The Value tab focuses on the estimated enterprise value of the organization and the long-term plan for increasing that value over time.

This section helps owners think about the business as an asset and establish a long-range vision for its future worth.


Current Enterprise Value #

The Value tab displays:

  • Estimated current enterprise value
  • Current revenue and profit assumptions
  • Revenue and profit multiples
  • Health score impact on value

These factors work together to estimate what the business may be worth today.


Long-Term Value Planning #

Business owners can establish:

  • A target enterprise value
  • A target year for achieving that value
  • Revenue growth goals
  • Profit improvement goals
  • Health score improvement goals

The platform then creates a roadmap showing the projected path from the current value to the desired future value.

Whether an owner plans to exit the business or continue operating it long-term, this planning process provides a clear framework for building a more valuable company.


Revenue & Profit Multiples #

The Value page also allows users to view the business through both:

  • Revenue-based valuation multiples
  • Profit-based valuation multiples

This provides additional perspective on how operational performance influences business value and highlights opportunities to increase enterprise value over time.
