Reordering Goals on a Scorecard #
The order of goals on a scorecard can be customized to match the way your team reviews performance and discusses priorities.
Only the owner of a scorecard can reorder the goals that appear on it.
Verify Ownership #
Before reordering goals, confirm that you are the owner of the scorecard.
Owners will see the edit controls associated with the scorecard, including the options to:
- Edit the scorecard
- Reorder goals
- Add goals to the scorecard
If you do not see these options, you are not the scorecard owner and will not be able to make changes to the goal order.
Reordering Goals #
To reorder goals:
- Navigate to Goals.
- Select the Scorecards tab.
- Open the scorecard you want to modify.
- In the upper-right corner, select the Reorder Goals icon.
- Drag and drop goals into the desired order.
- Save your changes.
The updated order will immediately appear wherever the scorecard is displayed, including within meetings and scorecard views.
Permission Requirements #
Only scorecard owners can reorder goals.
If you are shared on a scorecard but do not own it:
- You can view the scorecard.
- You can review the goals on the scorecard.
- You cannot change the goal order.
If a different order is needed, contact the scorecard owner and request the update.
