Reorder SWOT Entries #

When multiple items have been added to any of the four SWOT categories—Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, or Threats—you can reorder them to reflect their priority or preferred sequence.

To reorder entries:

1. Navigate to the Analysis tab.
2. Locate the SWOT category you want to organize.
3. Click and hold the drag handle (three horizontal lines) on the right side of an entry.
4. Drag the entry to its desired position.
5. Release it to save the new order.

Reordering allows you to organize your SWOT analysis in the way that best supports your planning discussions, ensuring the most important items appear first.
