Direct Mention Notifications #
Propel keeps you informed when someone needs your attention by sending notifications for direct mentions and assignments.
You can manage these preferences by navigating to:
My Account → Notifications
Direct Mentions #
When another user mentions you in the Collaboration Tool, Propel can automatically send an email to the email address associated with your user profile.
This ensures you’re notified whenever someone:
- Mentions you in a comment.
- Requests your attention in a discussion.
- Collaborates with you on work within the platform.
Assignment Notifications #
You can also choose to receive email notifications whenever work is assigned to you, helping you stay on top of new responsibilities as they are created.
Turn Email Notifications On or Off #
If you prefer not to receive email notifications for direct mentions or assignments:
- Navigate to My Account → Notifications.
- Locate the Direct Mentions notification setting.
- Clear the checkbox to disable email notifications.
You can update your notification preferences at any time to match the way you prefer to work.
Note: Disabling email notifications only affects email delivery. You may still receive in-app notifications within the Propel platform.
