Goals and Scorecards Dashboard Overview #

The Goals module provides a centralized view of performance tracking across your organization, including both individual goals and shared scorecards.

Accessing the Dashboard #

  1. Click Goals in the left-hand navigation bar
  2. You will land on the Goals and Scorecards dashboard

By default, you will first see the Goals view.


Goals View #

The Goals view displays all goals:

  • Assigned to you
  • Shared with you across the organization

What You’ll See #

Each goal includes:

  • Monthly and Quarterly Progress
  • Plan vs. Actual Performance
  • Variance (difference between plan and actual)
  • Year-to-Date Totals

Performance Indicators #

  • Green: Goal met or exceeded
  • Red: Goal not met

This allows for quick visibility into performance trends.

Filtering Goals #

At the top of the dashboard, you can filter by:

  • Owner
  • Shared Users
  • Scorecard
  • Meeting Series
  • Year

This helps you isolate specific goals or views relevant to your role.


Scorecards View #

Switch to the Scorecards toggle to view all scorecards you:

  • Own
  • Are shared on

What You’ll See #

Each scorecard displays:

  • Scorecard Name
  • Owner
  • Shared Users
  • Number of Associated Goals
  • Linked Meeting Series

You can also apply filters to quickly find specific scorecards.


Additional Features #

Import and Export #

  • Located under the three dots in the top right
  • Allows bulk management of goals

Add Goal #

  • Located at the top of the dashboard
  • Opens the goal creation flow (covered separately)
